  • We offer professional consultation to licensed therapists, associate therapists, and other mental health providers—as well as psychiatrists, OB/GYNs, and other medical professionals. If you're navigating complex cases involving PMDD, trauma, neurodivergence, or nervous system dysregulation, we’re here to support you with clinical insight, hormone-informed perspectives, and collaborative care strategies.

  • Yes! We can meet with small teams or full practices for case consultation, group supervision, or specialized training. We’ll work with you to create something that supports your clinicians’ unique needs.

  • We specialize in the intersection of hormones, trauma, neurodivergence and mental health. Popular training topics include:

    • Understanding PMDD, PME, and PMS in a clinical setting

  • Currently, our trainings do not offer CEUs unless we are presenting through an organization that provides them. However, we are in the process of applying for CEU approval through CAMFT.

    We’re happy to collaborate with CEU-approved organizations or assist with paperwork if you’re looking to offer credit.

  • We offer both! Most of our consultations and trainings are available virtually, but we also host in person events at our offices in El Dorado Hills, CA or can travel for in-person workshops and speaking events depending on location and scheduling.

  • Rates vary depending on the type of service, group size, and format. Reach out to us with some basic info about what you’re looking for, and we’ll provide a custom quote.
